Friday, January 23, 2009 My friends gave feedback about CNY perf. Mostly positive since they dont have musical bg say :

• Erhu very synchronized. Gong all move together de. ( from a dance friend which obviously thinks alot about synchronizing dance moves?)
• Overall more interesting than other CCA performance.
• Friend ask me how we move the bow so fast- HAHA. happy bah you all train in the morning got ppl notice dao.
  

Which you all should know means what. My opinion is that to them, CO is a more lively CCA- so its nice, as they can not only listen the music, but also pay attention to our movements. ( this is also one of the points XLS said last time when talking about the differences about buying a CD and buying a ticket to a concert- visual effects) Other CCA is just go up there perform from head to toe, finish. Ours is different. Our music is lively, and WE HAVE MOVEMENTS. imagine if we had a clarinet ensemble instead. not as nice right? It is because we have things like la-tui-gong, 呼吸, 动作. That makes it interesting.

Jiayou bah.

That was what no music bg ppl think. But if the performance were to be shown to the SYF judges, we've got to work harder. =)

What i feel should be worked on :

First few bar more neat.
bar 43 neater and better crescendo
bar 85 and 180 louder.
3 fang kuai better dynamics.
4 fang kuai neater and more relaxed.
