Since its the Chinese New Year and you guys have 4 days of break, please find time to watch to Chinese Orchestra related videos on youtube. Its not that hard! even if you dont watch, you can listen while doing something else! As mentioned in the older post, learning from others is a great way to improve your skills.
I shall name a few recommended channels which i think is great :
( if you dont know, channels are like they accounts people make. So by going to "their" channel, you can easily view all the videos they have posted. Naming the channel makes it easier so you can just see which you think is interesting.)This is quite a newly open-ed channel i just found it 30mins ago! Great channel!
Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra 's youtube channel. Great channel and lots of interesting videos.
Some videos include interviews with the musicians, so you might want to skip those if you are only interested in the music.
Some person's channel featuring a couple of NYPCO's perfomances. Very interesting indeed, because if you know enough about SYFs, polytechnics do not have SYFs( only JC can go). So its quite amazing to see how skilled they are although they dont have a "goal" to reach.
Another random person's channel with a mixture of videos. I recommend the ones by ToaPayoh CC.
To be frank, i haven really viewed on the videos they have becuase its alot!! Marsiling CO is not Marsiling SEC CO.... It is a collaboration program between Marsiling Citizens Consulative Commiittee and Marsiling Secondary School.
Okay this is not a channel but mainly because the videos by Dunman High School CO is scattered around and posted by different peoples. Just click the link and there are already many for you to explore. ;)
Hacona has been a really great channel. The author mainly posts videos of 民族交响音画 which is quite cool.
SCO's Gaohu player's youtube channel. The video on this main channel page is an interview, for the other videos, click at the side" uploads"(applies to all other channels).
